    While both are low-impact, Lagree is significantly more intense and strength-focused.

    Pilates emphasizes mobility and lighter resistance.
    Lagree emphasizes muscular endurance, time under tension, and progressive overload.

    If Pilates is about flow — Lagree is about control.

  • Yes.

    Every movement can be modified.
    Our instructors guide you through form, pace, and resistance.

    You don’t need experience — just an open mind and willingness to move slowly.

  • Expect:

    Classes are 45 minutes and designed to challenge without joint impact.
