We’re building a founding team of instructors who are passionate about the Lagree Method and dedicated to helping every client feel connected, supported, and included.
We welcome certified instructors and candidates interested in certification through our structured training pathway.
At ONCORE, coaching goes beyond cues — it’s about creating a welcoming space where clients feel seen, challenged, and empowered. Our classes are high-intensity, low-impact, and rooted in precision, control, and full-body strength.

• Available to teach a minimum of 8 classes per month
Lagree Level 1 Certification is required to independently teach at ONCORE.
For selected instructor candidates, we offer a structured certification reimbursement program based on active teaching commitment and performance.
